Private Event Deposit

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to host you in our private room.  Please review our policies below.  When you're ready to secure your reservation, be sure to select "pickup" at checkout to avoid any shipping charges.  Your non-refundable deposit indicates acknowledgement of our guidelines and policies.  Please call us with any questions you have, and thank you again!

• Our private room (35 people seated/standing) rental rate is $125/hour; an additional $75/hour is charged for the adjoining semi-private room (25 people seated/standing).  This cost covers set up, clean up, garbage removal, and use of the space as intended
• Absolutely no outside alcohol may be consumed in our shop--we will ask you to leave if anyone in your party consumes outside alcohol
• Outside food is allowed as long as it's provided by a licensed and insured caterer or restaurant.  ABSOLUTELY NO HOME-PREPARED FOOD IS ALLOWED.  This is a health department requirement, and Buon Vino assumes no liability for any foodborne illness from outside food brought into the shop
• Glasses of wine ($15), beer/hard seltzers ($8), soft drinks ($4) may be purchased at the bar
• Use of our A/V system along with WiFi is included in your room fee
• Buon Vino takes responsible alcohol consumption seriously.  Any persons displaying signs of over-intoxication will be asked to leave immediately
• We charge $50/hour for any event space rental beyond our normal business hours
• Absolutely no confetti, glitter, wax candles, or any material we deem excessively difficult to clean is allowed; we assess a $300 fee for any excessive cleaning and/or damage to our space and furniture
• A 20% service charge is assessed to the pre-tax total of your final bill
